STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT, 1980

(ACT NO. IX OF 1980)

Notice of coming into force of correction of the

Income Tax Act, Cap. 123

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Minister of Justice and Local Government

has appointed the 6th June, 2000, as the date on which the correction of

the Income Tax Act, Cap. 123, made by the Law Commission and

published by Legal Notice of this same day entitled "Correction of the

Income Tax Act, Cap. 123" shall come into force.
