FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (Wireless Telegraphy)

(Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister for Transport and Communications, with the

concurrence of the Minister of Finance, has made' the following

regulations: -

(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees (Wireless

Telegraphy) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read

and construed as one with the Fees (Wireless Telegraphy) Regulations,.

1995, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 13th October, 2000.

For subparagaraph (i) of paragraph (b) of item 9 of Part IT of

the Schedule to the principal regulations, there shall be substituted the

following: -
