Exportation (Control) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2000
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (1) of article 3
of the Supplies and Services Act, the Minister for Economic Services
has made the following regulations
Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2000 230 — Exportation (Control) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2000
The title of these regulations is the Exportation (Control)
(Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read and construed
as one with the Exportation (Control) Regulations, 1948 hereinafter
referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 3 of the principal regulations. — Exportation (Control) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2000

the words "the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, except for the Province
of Kosovo and for the Republic of Montenegro," shall be deleted.
