Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 ofthe Oil Pollution

(Liability and Compensation) Act, the Minister for Transport and

Communications has designated the 6th January, 2001, as the date on

which all the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
