EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES ACT

Date of Coming into Force of the Malta Professional and

Vocational Qualifications Regulations, 2000

IN exercise of the power~ conferred by article 41 of the

Employment and Training Services Act, and as established in

subregulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Malta Professional and

Vocational Qualifications Regulations, 2000, published by Legal Notice

215 of 2000, the Minister of Education, in consultation with the

Employment and Training Corporation and the Deputy Prime Minister

and Minister for Social Policy, has appointed the 25th October, 2000 as

the date when all the aforesaid regulations have come into force.
