Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (2) of article 1

of the Malta Travel and Tourism Services Act, hereinafter referred to

as "the Act" , the Minister for Tourism has established the 11th October,

2000 as the date on which the following provisions and purposes of the

Act shall come into force

(i) subarticle (2) of article 12 in so far as it refers to

paragraph (b) of the Second Schedule; and

paragraph (b) of the Second Schedule.
