Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) Order, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following

order:-

The title of this order is the Housing Authority (Transfer Citation.

of Assets) Order, 2000.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Specified
