Cinema and Stage (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 203 of the Code of

Police Laws, the Minister for Home Affairs has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Cinema and Stage

(Amendment) (No.3) Regulations, 2000, and shall be read and construed

as one with the Cinema and Stage Regulations, 1937, hereinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

In regulation 54 of the principal regulations immediately after

the words "on every poster and advertisement exhibited to the public"

there shall be added the words", as soon as the certificate referred to in

regulation 46 of these regulations is issued by the Commissioner of

Police,".
