ACT

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Equal

Opportunities (Persons with Disability) Act, the Deputy Prime Minister

and Minister for Social Policy has established the 1st October, 2000 as

the date on which Parts II, ill, IV, VI and VII (from article 3 to article

20 and from article 32 to article 35) of the said Act shall come into

force.
