ARBITRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1999

(ACT NO. XVIII OF 1999)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Arbitration

Act, and by article 1 (2) of the Arbitration (Amendment) Act, 1999, the

Minister of Justice and Local Government has established the 15th

September,2000 as the date on which sections 74 and 75 of the said

Act, as amended, shall come into force.
