Notice of Designated Companies

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 46 of the

Telecommunications (Regulation) Act and for the purposes of that article,

the Minister for Transport and Communications, has designated the

following companies as designated companies:-

Maltaeom p.l.c.

Melita Cable p.l.c.

Mobisle Communications Limited as a subsidiary of

Maltaeom p.l.c.

Telepage Limited

Vodafone Malta Limited
