MALTA COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT, 2000

(ACT NO. XVIII OF 2000)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Malta

Communications Authority Act, 2000, the Minister for Transport and

Communications, has established the 12th September, 2000 as the date

when the provisions of article 31 of the Act insofar as the said article

refers to the new article 46 of the Telecommunications (Regulation)

Act, Cap. 399, shall come into force.
