CONSUMER AFFAIRS ACT

(CAP. 378)

Consumer Claims Tribunal (Arbiters' Remuneration) Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-article (4) of article 17

of the Consumer Affairs Act, the Prime Minister has determined that

the remuneration payable to an arbiter of the Consumer Claims Tribunal

shall be two thousand five hundred Maltese liri (Lm2,500) per annum.
