Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Copyright

Act, 2000, the Minister for Economic Services has established the 14th

August, 2000 as the date on which all the Parts of the said Act, other

than Part XI thereof, shall come into force, and the 1st January ,2001 as

the date on which Part XI of the said Act shall come into force.
