Notice of coming into force of correction of the Import Duties

Act, Cap. 337

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (3) of article 7

of the Statute Law Revision Act, 1980, the Minister ofJustice and Local

Government has appointed the 6th June, 2000, as the date on which the

correction of the Import Duties Act, Cap. 337, made by the Law

Commission and published on 14th August, 2000 by Legal Notice 149

of 2000, shall come into force.
