TELECOMMUNICATIONS (REGULAnON) ACT

(CAP. 399)

Nomination of Competent Authority

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the

Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for Transport and

Communications hereby nominates Mr. Nicholas H Scicluna FCCA,

CPAA, an Officer in Grade 3 in the Public Service, to be the competent

authority for the purposes of the said Act and to carry out the functions

of the competent authority under the said Act until the 31st December,

2000.
