CIDLD ABDUCTION AND CUSTODY ACT
(CAP. 410)
Notice of coming into force
IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Child
Abduction and Custody Act, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has
established the 1st August, 2000 as the date on which the provisions of
the aforementioned Act shall come into force.
