Declaration of Bank Holidays

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 3

of the Banking Act, the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the

Central Bank of Malta, has declared the 14th April, 2001, the 26th

December, 2001 and the 2nd January, 2002 as bank. holidays.
