Local Councils (Association) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section

37 and section 72 of the Local Councils Act, 1993, the Minister for

Housing and Local Councils has made the following regulations: -

These regulations may be cited as the Local Councils

(Association) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Local Councils (Association) Regulations,

1994, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

In paragraph (2) of regulations 6 the word "May" shall be

substituted with the word "September".
