FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (Wireless Telegraphy) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Prime Minister, has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Wireless

Telegraphy) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Fees (Wireless Telegraphy) Regulations, 1995,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Immediately after item 24 of Part II of the Schedule to the

principal regulations, there shall be added the following
