CUSTOMS ORDINANCE (CAP. 37)

Regulations of 1998, amending the Customs Regulations

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by

section 80 of the Customs Ordinance, the Minister of

Finance and Trade has passed the following regulations:-

These regulations may be called Regulations of 1998,

amending the Customs Regulations, and shall be read and

construed as one with the Customs Regulations, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

The First Schedule to the principal regulations shall

be amended as follows

(a) paragraphs numbered 10 and 11 are deleted, and

(b) immediately after paragraph 7 the following new

paragraph is added

"8. Laboratory Wharf".
