Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance (Amendment of

Third S~hedule) Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 40A of the Medical

and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health, Care of the

Elderly and Family Affairs, on the advice of the Council of Health, has

made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Medical and Kindred

Professions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations,

1998.

In the Third Schedule to the Medical and Kindred Professions

Ordinance, in Part B thereof, immediately after the International or

other nonproprietary name or other trivial name "GLUfETIDMIDE"

there shall be inserted the new name "KETAMINE" together with the

corresponding Chemical Name "(±)-2-(2-Chlorophenyl)-2-

methylaminocyclohexanone".
