DUTY ON DOCUMENTS AND TRANSFERS

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 1998

(ACT NO. I OF 1998)

Notice of coming into force

BY virtue of subsection (2) of section 1 of the Duty on

Documents and Transfers (Amendment) ~ct, 1998, the Minister of

Finance and Commerce has appointed the 16th January, 1998 as the

date on which the provisions of sections 2, 3,4 and 6 of the said Act

shall come into force.
