Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No.1)

Order, 1998

IN exercise ofthe powers conferred by section 12 ofthe Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following

order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer Citation

of Assets) (No.1) Order, 1998.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Specified

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority property.
