Regulations, 1998
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section
41 of the Education Act, the Minister of Education and National Culture,
WJth the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce, has
made the following regulations:-
These regulations may be cited as the University Students CitaliOIl
(Rates of Stipends for Post-Graduate Courses) Regulations, 1998.
There shall be paid the stipends indicated in the Schedule to Payment of
stipends.

university of Studies of Malta that commence during the academic year
1998/1999.
The provisions of the University Students (Revised Rates of Applicability of
Stipends) Regulations, 1994, as subsequently amended, shall also be LN. 92 of 1994.
