GAMING ACT, 1998

(ACT NO. X OF 1998)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section I of the Gaming

Act, 1998, the Ministet of Finance and Conunerce has appointed. the

7th day of August, 1998 to be the date on which sections 20 to 25 and

32 to 37 of the said Act shall come into force.
