Appointment of Competent Authority

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Insurance

Business Act, 1998 the MiniSlerofFmance and Commerce has appointed

the Malta Financial Services Centre as the ~ompetent Authority for the

purposes of the said Act.
