Local Councils (Human Resources) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section

53 and by sectionT2 of the Local Councils Act, 1993, the Minister for

Housing and Local Councils, with the concurrence of the Minister of

Finance and Commerce, has made the following regulations

These regulations may be cited as the Local Councils (Human

Resources) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998, oDd shall be read and
