Swimming Pools (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Swimming

Pools (Control) Act, and by section 45 of the Water Services Corporation

Act, 1991, the Minister of Public Works and Construction and the

Water Services Coqporation have made the following regulations:-

(Control) (Amendmeni; Regulations, 1998, and shall be read and

consffued as one with the Swimming Pools (Control) Regulations, 1998,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 5th June. 1998.

Amendsregulation 2. In the Maltese text of paragraph (2) of regulation 6 of the

regutations. principal regulations, for the word'Jithassru" there shall be substituted

the word "jitharsu".
