Technician Apprenticeship Scheme (Amendment)

Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the

Employment and Training Services Act, the.Minister for Social Welfare.

after consulting the Employment and Training Corporation, has made

the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Technician

Apprenticeship Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 1998, and shall be

read and construed as one with the Technician Apprenticeship Scheme.

1990. hereinafter referred to as "the principal Scheme".

Immediately after item 7 of the Schedule to the principal

Scheme. there shall be added the follow ing new item:-
