Housing Authority (Transfer of Assets) (No.2)

Order, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No.2) Order,1998.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purpos~ of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 8th January, 1998.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 210.77

square metres known as Plot No. 35, Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone,

bounded on the North-West by public road, on the South-West by

public road, and on the North-East by Triq it-Tabib Anton Tabone,

on which are currently built premises beariag number 35, known
