FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (fransportation of Corpses) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister of Health, Care of the Elderly and Family

Affairs, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce,

has made the following regulations:-

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Fees

(Transportation of Corpses), (Amendment) Regulations, 1998, and shall

be read and construed as one with the Fees (Transportation of Corpses)

Regulations, 1975, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations" .

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1st January, 1998.

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations, for the words "a

fee of five li.ri:" there shall be substituted the words "a fee of twenty-

five liri:".
