Private Medical Premises (Licence Fees) Regulations, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89, 96 and 98 of

the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, and by section 2 of

the Fees Ordinance, the Minister of Health, Care of the Elderly and

Family Affairs, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and

Commerce, has made the following regulations:-

(l) These regulations may be cited as the Private Medical Citation

commenc€ment.

Premises (Licence Fees) Regulations, 1998.

(2) These regulations shall be deemdto have come into force

on the lst January, 1998.

There shall be paid to the Superintendent of Public Health, in kvy of licence fee.

respect of the issue or renewal of a licence shown under Column I of

the Schedule to these regulations, the fee shown under Column 2 of the

same Schedule.

Otlrcr licences etc

shall be deemed to exempt from the requirement of any other licence,

permit or authority imposed by any other provision of the Medical and

Kindred Professions Ordinance or by any regulations or other law in

force for the time being.
