Industrial Property (Protection) Ordinance

(Schedules of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations' 199E

IN exercise of the powers conferredby section 146 of the Industrial

Property (Protection) Ordinance, the Minister of Finance and Commerce

has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Industrial Property

(Protection) Ordinance (Schedules of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations,

1998, and shall be read and construed as one with the Schedules of

Fees annexed to the Industrial Property (Protection) Ordinance.

Amendsrhe 2. In Schedule "B" in the Schedules of Fees annexed to the

sclredulesorFees'

Industrial Property (Protection) Ordinance, for items 4, 5 and 7 there

shall be substituted the following items:-
