Declaration of port (Ras Hanzir) Order, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Malta

Maritime A uthority Act, 1991 , the Minister for Transport and Ports,

after consultation with the Malta Maritime Authority, has made the

following order:-

This order may be cited as the Declaration of Port (Ras

Hanzir) Order, 1998.

The access road, known as "Jt- Telgha ta' Ras Hanzir",

leading from Laboratory Wharf entrance Gate (Point A) to the top

of the hill at Corradino Industrial Estate (Point B), and having the

following co-ordinates, is hereby declared as an area within the limits

of the port of the Grand Harbour of Valletta and to be a part of a

port within the meaning of the Malta Maritime Authority Act, 1991
