Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(Amendment) Order, 1998

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance. the President of Malta has made the

following order:-

This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land (Transfer

of Rights and Liabilities) (Amendment) Order, 1998 , and shall be read

and construed as one with the Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights

and Liabilities) Order, 1993, hereinafter referred to as "the principal

Order".

The rights and liabilities vested in the Malta Development

Corporation in respect ofthe area ofland referred to in paragraph (1) of

article 4 of the principal Order are hereby being transferred back to the

Commissioner of Land in respect of the area of land, including any

buildings thereon, at San Gwann,limits of Birkirkara shown bordered

in red on plan L.D. 147196, which plan is enrolled in the acts of Notary

Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated l4th July, 1997.
