IN exercise of the powers conferred by section I 2 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following

order

-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 8) Order, 1998.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority

Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the

section aforesaid with effect from the lTth April, 1998.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following, that is to say

(l) Flat number 4, Block C4, Triq Fonsu Maria Galea,

Ta' Paris, Birkirkara (Tenement No. 66983 - H.A. 637195).

(2) House numbered 32,Tiq Antonio Chircop, Qrendi

(b) The other block consists of 6 maisonettes all
