IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3. I I, 17.23,

36 and 38 of the Post Office Act , lhe Mi niste r for Transport and

Ports. in concurrence with the Minister for Finance and Commerce.

has made the follo wing regulations: -

These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Post

(I)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations. 1997. and shall be read and

construed as one with the Overseas Post Regu lation s. 1989,
