IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of seclion J

o f the Industrial Developmen t (Amendmen t) Act , 1997 and by

subsec tion (2) of section I of the Industiral Development (Exercise of

Corporation's FUllctions) Act. 1997. the Minister for Economic Affairs

and Industry has appointed the I SI July, 1997 a~ lhe dale when the said

Acts shall come into force .
