Customs and Excise TUA Act. 1997. here ina fter in these reg ulutions

re ferred 10 as "the Ac!" , the Mini ster of Finance and Commerce has

made the following reg ulations: -

I. (I) These reg ulations may be cited as the Customs and

Exc ise Tax (Amend ment of First Sched ule) Regulatio ns, 1997. which

First Schedu le is hereinafter being re ferred to in these reg ulations

as " the Schedule".

These regul ations shall come into force on lSI J\dy
