IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authori ty Aet. t he President of Malta has made the following

order: -

I . This order rna)' be cited as the Housing Authorit)' (Transfer

of Assets) (No.8) Order, 1997.

The propert), desc ribed in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the pUrpDscs of section 12 of the Housing Authority

Act.
