IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24. 3 1 and 7S of
the Customs and Excise Tax, 1997. hereinafter in these regulations
referred to as "the Act". the Minister of Finance and Commerce has
made the following regulations:-
These regulations may becited as the Customs and Excise
(I)
Tax Act (Fonns) Regulations. 1997.
These regulations shall come into force on I July. 1997 .

An application for registration in lenns of section 24 of the
Act shall be made on the ronn set out in the First Schedule to these
regulations.
The rerum to be furnished in tenns of section 3 1 of the Act
shall be made o n the foon set OUI in the Second Schedule to these
regulations.
