FINANCIAL LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1997

(ACT NO. IX OF 1997)

Notice of coming into force

BY virtue of the powers given by section 1 of the Financial

Laws (Amendment) Act, 1997, the Minister of Finance and

Commerce has established the 5th June, 1997 as the date when the

provisions of sections 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the said Act shall come

into force.
