(e) of the Industrial Development Act, the Minister for Economic

Affairs and ]ndustry has made the following rcgulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Qualifying

Companies (Export Services) (Amendment) Regulations, 1997. and

shall be n:;.ld and construed ns one with the Qualifying Companies

(Ex pan SC:fvices) Regulations. 1994. hereintlffer referred fO as "the

pflnclpal regulations".
