Housing Authority (Transfer or Assels) (No.7) Order, 1997

I exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order.-

I. This order may be cited as Ihe I-lousing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No.7) Order. 1997.

The propeny described 10 article 4 of Ihis order is hereby

specified for Ihe purposel> of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property sp£'('ified in 'lrlicle 2 of this order shall be

Irnnsferred and vest in Ihe Housmg Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid "ilh effect from the 81h May. 1997.
