IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsectioo (13) of SCCIion

7 or the Tribunal for the Investigation of Injustices Act, 1997. the

Mi nister of Justice and Local Councils, willi the concurrence of the

Mi nister of Fi nance and Commerce , has made the fol lo wing

regulations: -

These re gulations may be cited as the Tri bunal for the

Investigation of Inj ustices (Registry Fees) Regulations, 1997 .

There shall be levied by the Registrar of the Tribunal for the

Investigation of Inj ustices the following fees: -

I . For the fi li ng of the application ................. Lm 10

2. For the fi ling of the reply ........................... Lm 1 0

For every photocopy. for every page of

the original ................................................. 5 cents .
