BY vinue of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Code of
Organization and Civil Procedu~ , the President of Malta has ordered
that with effect from the 16th May, 1997. the number of Judges of the
Superior Couns , incJudi.n g the Chief Justice, shall be seventeen.
