Public Transport [nforcement Officers (Duties a nd Power~ )
(Amendment) Regulat ions, 1997
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public
Trllns pon Au thori ty Ac t, the Chairman o f the Public Transport
Authori ty, with the consent or the Mi nister for Transpon and Ports. has
made the following regulations:-
Thes.! regula tio ns may be ci ted as the Public Transport
Enforcement Officers (Duties and Powers) (Am endment) Regulations.
