Import Licences (f ees) (Repeal) Regula tions, 1997

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance. the Minister of Finance and Commerce has made the

following regulations:-

J. ( I) These regulations may be cited as the Impon Licences

(Fccs) (Repeal) Regu lations. 1997.

(2) These regulations shall come into foree on the day

immediately following their publkation in the Gazette.

The: Impon Licences (Fees) Regulations. 1986. are hereby

repealed.
