Housing Authority (Transfer or Assets) (No. 6)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authori ty Act, the President of Malta has made the fo llowing order._

I . This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 6) Order , 1997.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housi ng Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authori ty as provided in the section

aforesaid with e ffect from the 14th April. 1997.

The property referred to in article 2 of this order is the

following. that is to say
